Stephff's cartoon on Netanyahu, as usual, hit the nail on the head. The Israeli prime minister's stupid out-burst that the Grand Mufti rather than Hitler caused the Holocaust serves only to promote the cause of Nazi ideologues.
Al Husseini met Hitler only once, in late 1941, hoping to promote the cause of Arab independence and got absolutely nowhere.
He died a total failure in Lebanon in 1974, having been ignored and deserted even by the very Palestinians he claimed to represent.
No doubt, Netanyahu’s next move will be to congratulate Hitler on losing the Second World War.
