Congrats to the SEC for netting biggest fish ever

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) deserves commendation for slapping four top Thai executives - who work at CP All and True Corp

The punished executives voiced their protestations that they had no prior knowledge or intention of breaking the insider trade law. However, all of them have agreed to enter the settlement process under the SEC regulations, since refusing to do so would mean they would have been slapped with criminal charges.
Some people say the stock market is the country’s biggest legalised casino, where people from all walks of life as well as nationalities participate.
Hence, if some irregularity has been found to have occurred harsh punishment must be handed out to the wrongful people regardless of how big or renowned they are. And in this case, the SEC has done exactly right. Congratulations to the people at the SEC. Keep up the good work!
