Saha Group right to pull support for Sorrayuth

I fully back Saha Group’s decision to withdraw advertising from TV programmes hosted by Sorrayuth Suthassanachinda following his conviction for embezzlement and refusal to stay off the air until his case has run its course. This decisive, targeted action
Other members of the Anti-Corruption Organisation of Thailand (ACT) should follow Saha’s lead. As ACT acting secretary-general Mana Nimitmongkok said, “We would like companies to put their business gains aside and focus on national interests instead.”
Likewise, as a role model for the military and civil service, Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha should refuse to participate in programmes hosted by Sorrayuth.
