SQUIRT-FREE FUN
Dodge the water mania at Craft on Sukhumvit Soi 23, a sanctuary of dryness tonight despite the massive party going on. Mindful of the drought, it’s a water-free celebration where the only splashing will be in the clinking of glasses containing more than 80 wines, 60 craft beers, 140 single-malt and single-cask whiskies, and dozens of top-line cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.
Add to this mouth-watering food – pulled pork, juicy chicken wings, pizza and much more – and performances by DJ Mr Markus, DJ Pattie, the Vintagers, Keith Nolan’s Love Gone Wrong and the Fab Four.
The Bt350 admission fee includes your first drink and a T-shirt, but kids under 12 get in for free. That’s right, and you can even bring a pet. Call (081) 919 5349.
HOUSE PARTY
Bar 21 on RCA, formerly the Cosmic Cafe, gets in the groove tonight and tomorrow with good tunes and cold drinks. This evening it’s house and nu disco with DJs Bassbeef, Richie, Quiet ’n Listen and Juany Bravo and tomorrow it’s techno and hip-hop with DJ Hexer and others.
