In Sunday’s Nation Eric Bahrt challenges Vint Chavala to name “one good thing” that has come from the last coup.
As a Bangkok resident I haven’t noticed any of the extremely disruptive mass demonstrations or large-scale civil disobedience and violence that often took place prior to the coup. If that’s the “one good thing”, it seems like a very positive one to me.
