Friday is national Mother’s Day and for those of you still trying to think of a gift that will tell the most significant person in your life how much you love her, the ideas below could well be of some help.

Marimekko

 

Finnish brand Marimekko joins the Mother’s Day celebration in Thailand with a new collection of fashion accessories, apparel and home decor items centred on three themes. The Unikko Lover series boasts silk shirts, shopping bags, ceramic mugs and scarves with a flower motif in pink, green and navy blue. 

The sophisticated Chic line presents a Slavic-inspired Nicole shirt, Suomo sunglasses and floral leather wallets while Playful Patterns bring colour to your home with multicoloured shirts, canvas bags with an adjustable leather strap, black-and-white cushions, colourful dot pillows and striped slippers.

The newly renovated Siam Discovery introduces a “Great Gift Ideas” promotion that combines the latest designs from local brands and Loft. Jewellery designer Kanokkorn Lamlert has attractive flower-shaped earrings adorned with Swarovski crystal stars while Sett presents necklaces, rings and bracelets with embossed letters in seven Chakra colours.
