Abhisit a terrorist? Let’s examine the evidence

Eric Bahrt places Abhisit Vejjajiva on the same level as Islamist terrorists, arguing that both should be prosecuted for crimes against humanity. My first response was to wonder if Mr Bahrt is mentally deficient, but I will be charitable and merely call i

Has Eric forgotten what actually occurred during Abhisit’s time as prime minister? Didn’t he read the news at the time? Is it that he actually doesn’t know who was behind the circumstances that led to the death of more than 90 people, or that he doesn’t want to know? Doesn’t he remember who started throwing bombs and shooting? Didn’t he witness the invasion of a hospital, the looting, the burning and the provocation by the “men in black”?
Doesn’t he recall Abhisit’s patience and repeated warnings during three months of this anarchy, before he finally asked the military to intervene. No other government in the world would have tolerated such a violent, damaging and prolonged protest for so long. When the military finally did take action, the protesters didn’t retreat in peace but fought back under orders from their obdurate leaders, who refused the peace terms offered by Abhisit.
And yet Mr Bahrt puts Abhisit in the same category as terrorists who behead people just because they are Christians and torture prisoners and burn them alive. He also places the military junta on the same level as the terrorists. Completely deluded?
