The question about Trump toilets

Re: “What’s Trump getting from China?” Opinion & Analysis, yesterday.

I was meandering through this account of US-China relations when my eyeballs were riveted by a crucial phrase. Among the many trademark applications under
consideration by Chinese authorities is one for Trump toilets.
I was not aware that Donald Trump produces toilets, although I am sure that some of his wittier critics will be quick to affirm that his mouth produces a great deal of the substance (solid, not liquid) that goes into them.
This revelation creates a huge dilemma, both for Trump’s fans and for his foes. If I purchase a Trump toilet (hopefully with a portrait of his countenance smiling up at me from the porcelain depths) and use it, am I thereby expressing my approval or my disapproval of his person and policies?
Nobody ever said democracy was easy. I await a judgement on this issue from your readers, especially your resident expert on democracy, JC Wilcox.
