What happened to the ‘law and order’ junta?

There have been many letters to newspapers complaining that the Red Bull heir seems to be getting special treatment from the law.
But what happened to all the letter-writers who claimed the junta was going to end corruption and inequality by applying strict rule of law? Those writers argued that sometimes you need a little tyranny to get a great deal of justice. But so far all I’ve seen is a great deal of tyranny and absolutely no justice. Am I missing something?
