Feudalistic govt is biggest barrier to Thailand 4.0  

The basic difference is that the government in Estonia serves the people while Thailand has held on tight to feudalism.
Where is the innovation going to come from when the children are taught only colouring and marching in parades?

An over-controlling, overly nationalistic Thai government which does not embrace innovation from abroad and has very few home-grown innovators will not be successful. The 80-strong delegation will have a nice time in Estonia, but that will be pretty much it.
