Themed “Survivor of Saturn”, the festival will see a strong line-up of international and local DJs manning the decks over the two days., among them Excision, Zeds Dead, Deorro, Dyro, DJ 4B, Breathe Carolina, Say My Name, Sam Feldt, Crankdat, Christian Smith, Gammer, BangBangBang, Emergency and Ninegod.
A true champion of bass music, Excision has created a vast roster of allies that has only bolstered his spot as a musical warrior. Armed with a library of destruction and filth, the Canadian DJ has time and time again tested the limits of electronic music with vastly different sets that encompass a full range of genres.
Fellow Canadians Zeds Dead hail from Toronto and feature Dylan Mamid, also known as DC, and Zachary Rapp-Rovan, also known as Hooks. The pair rose to prominence releasing original music and remixes from 2009–10 before becoming a staple on the international touring circuit. Today, they are known for their exploration of a diverse variety of genres that combine aspects of UK garage, house, electro house, hip-hop, glitch, drum and bass, and more.
Deorro is a Mexican-American DJ signed to Ultra Records. In 2015, he released a third version of "Five Hours" with Chris Brown titled "Five More Hours", which shot up the charts in Ireland, Netherlands and Sweden. He released his debut album “Good Evening” earlier this year.
Dyro is a Dutch DJ and EDM producer who has released a trail of original singles and remixes on labels such as Revealed Recordings, Musical Freedom, and Def Jam. He collaborated with Tiesto on the single "Paradise" in 2013, and with Hardwell on "Never Say Goodbye". Dyro performed at Electric Zoo in 2013 and 2014, Barbarella in 2014, and Future Music Festival in 2014 and has headlined Ministry of Sound in London and Space in Ibiza.
Others spinners are Breathe Carolina, an American electronic duo from Denver, Colorado, featuring David Schmitt and Tommy Cooperman, and SAYMYNAME aka the godfather of hardtrap.
The festival runs from 4pm to 2am on both days. Tickets costing Bt2,900 are available at www.TicketMelon.com. For more, check out www.WarpMusicFest.com.
