Major roads in the capital and a little rain and the whole city is screwed ... year after year. Rank bad management.

The elevation of Bangkok is 1.5 metres and the city is sinking 2cm per year. Hard for rain water to flow out to sea, especially during heavy rain and high tides, and it will get worse. Should have kept the klongs and boats instead of building more roads.
