Irresponsible owners are adding to the stray-dog problem
Ironically Suff echoes the point made earlier by “Dog Lover” when he notes that it is irresponsible human owners who are the root cause of poorly behaved dogs.
I should also add that owners who let their dogs run loose are adding to the stray dog problem if their pooches haven’t been neutered.
But Suff says nothing about dogs who are well behaved, gentle and are loving friendly companions. He also ignores the fact that many dogs are trained to work with the police or to guide the blind. One doesn’t have to be an animal rights activist to note that someone who has such intense hatred for all dogs has a long way to go before he can be considered a rounded human being.
