The five-course degustation menu is priced at Bt3,000-plus, including a complimentary sparkling Prosecco cocktail on arrival.
The set menu features blue prawn crudo with melon and cocktail sauce gelato; boiled artichoke with pistachio espuma; Taleggio cheese risotto and summer truffle; slow-cooked Italian suckling pig with chestnut and coffee powder; and Sicilian cannoli with raspberry sorbet.
