Baby, come dance with me!

Little Sister’s “Disco Baby” collection for spring and summer plays like a mixed tape of ’70’s disco, ’80’s funk, and ’90’s pop-hits in a mash up of irresistibly fun clothing that little ones will want to rock.

Dreamy confections of multi-tiered pop-princess dresses, a signature of Little Sister, get a jolt of showbiz pizzazz when styled with denim jackets, vests, shorts, and jeans in signature Sretsis prints. The basics come decorated with larger-than-life ruffles, glitter patches, and tropical leis for a mesmerising collection of show-stopping wonder. Bags in signature prints are decorated with custom patches, and the iridescent “Disco Ball Bag”. The collection is available at Little Sister Play House, Central Chidlom 6th Floor, and until July 5 at Little Sister Pop Up, The Emporium Department Store.

Art for the feet
BSN Footwear, importer of Saramanda-brand premium leather footwear from Australia, recently unveiled the latest “Vintage Collection” in Bangkok, which takes its inspiration from the colourful houses in the Italian coastal town of Cinque Terre. Leather expert Dabiel Barbic of Kenda International demonstrated the advanced painting technique used on the leather footwear and offered advice on selecting tones in the vintage style. The Saramanda brand uses top-grade cow and sheep leather and modern production techniques to ensure the utmost comfort to the touch and in the weight. The uniqueness of this collection lies in painting technique, which uses a single paintbrush on each shoe in the pair.

In time with time
Timeless yet whimsical, the Cape Cod watch has always been in a class of its own. Henri d’Origny, a longstanding creative partner of the house, was asked by Hermes back in 1991 to design a square watch. He responded in an almost irreverent manner by coming up with a watch representing a ‘square inside a rectangle’. The stylishly attired Cape Cod has continued to amaze for 25 years, its design reflecting rigorous discipline combined with a boldly impertinent attitude. Its natural penchant is to lend itself with great aplomb to the ebb and flow of the times. It comes with a black DLC-treated case, a matt black dial, and red burnishing on the strap edges.

Eyes like a knowing kitten
Celebrating its first anniversary in Thailand, popular Japanese beauty brand Jil Stuart has unveiled the Kittenish Look that promises to make eyes bold and gorgeous. The new Kittenish Look Liner and Shadow Liner, now available at its counter in Siam Paragon’s Beauty Hall, are designed to give an “innocent sexy” look, with the black eyeliner creating beautiful cat eyes that resist smudging contrasted against the pink eye shadow. Vivid and long-lasting, both are easy to remove using just warm water or makeup remover. The formula contains rosemary extract, lavender oil and avocado oil. The colours are Playful Kitten, Angelic Kitten and Lily Kitten.
