I think your letters to the editor page is too valuable to be wasting endless column inches on the opinions of writers who write usually in great depth and irrationality in the case of pro-Trumpers, and a little less irrationally from the opposite camp.
While matters affecting life in Thailand are fair game for expats, the only thing that should concern American retirees is whether their Social Security (monthly pension) continues to arrive. And this is a subject that no American president dares to affect adversely.
