Dasada Gallery in Prachin Buri bids a final farewell to His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej with a floral exhibition of yellow phalaenopsis orchids that runs throughout this month.
More than 2,000 rare yellow phalaenopsis orchids from 10 species will be displayed together with a 2.5by2 metre stuccowork decorated with dried amaranths to form the portrait of the late monarch. The admission fee is Bt100 for adults and Bt50 for children. The proceeds after deduction of expenses will be donated to the Chaipattana Foundation.
