Black players heroes for not forgetting others

I wonder how many of the racist hypocrites who are condemning American black football players for kneeling during the national anthem even know who Francis Scott Key was.

He’s the racist slave owner who not only wrote “The Star-Spangled Banner” but originally had a verse in that song glorifying the killing of freed slaves.
The racist commentators at Fox News keep saying those “ungrateful” black football players make millions of dollars. But that’s why they are heroes! They haven’t forgotten the millions of poor blacks who were left behind.
I used to get mad when famous American black athletes and entertainers would tell poor black children: “I made it so you will too”. That’s a lie and they knew it. The days when black celebrities crawled on their bellies to the white man thanking him for the extremely limited opportunities he’s given them are over. And thank God for that.
