Trump needs that wall – to keep Americans from escaping

I nearly asphyxiated from laughing so hard when I read JC Wilcox’s letter, saying that “the US now qualifies as a failed state”.
I wonder if this has something to do with Trump being the president (probably not). I remember vividly that when he first got elected, there was lots of commotion and along with serious talk about “Exodus II: The Escape to Canada”. 
If the US really is a failed state, Trump can forget about a wall to keep the Mexicans out. Instead he should build a wall to keep the Americans in.
