Benighted editor is a lady – and a fine one at that
In my April 8 letter published in The Nation, the editor has mistakenly inserted the word “he” in one of the sentences – making it appear that I mistook the Chiang Mai Citylife magazine editor for a man – not the lady that she is.
Even though I do not know Khun Pim Kemasingki personally, this Chiang Mai Citylife lady editor is quite well known both among the locals and the English-speaking expats in Chiang Mai.
I also have learned from a family member of mine that Khun Pim is a true local daughter who speaks Chiang Mai’s northern dialect as fluently as I do.
