A brief history of the fiction called God

Re: “Getting to the bottom of God”, Have Your Say, yesterday.
It is my belief that man created God. At first this sky daddy was used to explain things like lightning and thunder (Thor). Later it evolved into a tool to control thoughts and deeds (religious dogma). Today, whatever shape it takes, it is just a fiction that runs the gambit from silly to evil.
