Betrend decks the halls
The Winter Gift Market is where you can find all you need to put on the Christmas tree or beneath it
THE MALL Group’s Betrend is counting down to New Year with Gift Fest 2019, boasting fairytale-theme home accessories, innovative collectible toys and stationery.
Continuing through January 3, the sale features more than 1,000 brands.
This year’ festival has a “Winter Gift Market” concept and has five zones.
Lovely music boxes by Worldlink and Wooderful, Bt495 to Bt1,890
The zone “Stuff” offers adorable gifts for people of all ages, such as Mernicorn dolls from ARY, a carousel-style music box from Fabric Basket, collectible Nokia and Symmetro figures from Funko, and a Storm Trooper alarm clock from Bulbbotz.
“Handicrafts” is packed with eye-catching giftwrap, greeting cards, hand-made decorative items and do-it-yourself components. There are models of the Arc de Triomphe and a British battleship from Nass, Reindeer Ski Party and Wat Arun music boxes by Wooderful and Christmas and Snowman models from Nano Block.

Focusing on minimalist but luxurious, the “Luxe” zone has IT gadgets and other accessories for daily life, like Montblanc M Red pens, weekly planner memo pads from Kikki K, a Star Wars 16GB USB flash drive from Tribe, and Postcards with inspiring quotes from Ban Do.
“Party” evokes the memorable times when families and friends gather at home. The walls and shelves are adorned with red and gold reindeer tree ornaments from Siam Christmas and blow-up trees from Toyland.

And the “Relax” corner presents stationery and books that can generate ideas during the festive season, including A5 Sailor Moon books and guidebooks about sleeping better for good health, running to burn calories and colourful smoothies that will have you in great shape within two weeks.
