Aesop’s fable updated with tale of Future Forward

I feel sorry for the Future Forward Party.

It’s been hit with complaints of ineligible candidates and slapped with charges under the laws on computer crime, sedition and lese majeste (mail fraud too?), apparently aimed at trying to nip a young maverick politician in the bud.
In Aesop’s fable of the “The Wolf and the Lamb”, the wolf accuses the lamb of various misdemeanours in an attempt to justify killing it. When that fails, the hungry wolf tells the lamb that someone else in its family must have committed the offences.
Had Aesop been alive today, he would have replaced this tale with “The EC and the FF”. The punch line: If you didn’t own media shares, your father did.
In the future the party should field only new-born babies for MP candidates.
