Surapong Tovichakchaikul, former foreign minister, reportedly succumbed to liver cancer today (May 20) at Siriraj Hospital. He was 67.

The veteran politician served as foreign minister as well as deputy prime minister during the tenure of Yingluck Shinawatra’s government.
