Women’s pair beat Cambodia

Suphawadi Wongkhamchan and Jutatip Kuntatong defeated Cambodia’s Sreymeas Mey and Sophornraksmey Yorn 2–0 in the women’s doubles semi-final.

The Thai pair won 12–5, 12–4 to become Thailand’s first finalists of the day.

Suphawadi reaches second final with Phakpong

Suphawadi Wongkhamchan partnered Phakpong Dejaroen to beat Vietnam’s Gia Nghi Trinh and Nguyen Hoang Minh Tan 2–0 in mixed doubles.

The 12–8, 12–5 victory secured Thailand’s second final appearance and kept Suphawadi in contention for gold in two events.

Men’s doubles victory completes Thai sweep

Sorrasak Thaosiri and Jirati Chanliang defeated Iraq’s Abdulrahman Ahmed Radhi and Ali Jalil Mezher Alelayawi 2–0 in the men’s doubles semi-final.

The Thai pair took the opening set 12–3 before winning a closer second set 12–11, completing a clean sweep of victories across Thailand’s three semi-finals.

Asian Games competition runs until October 4
