Suphawadi wins two titles as Thailand take three teqball golds
Suphawadi Wongkhamchan won gold in both mixed and women’s doubles, contributing to Thailand’s three teqball doubles titles.
Suphawadi partnered Phakpong Dejaroen to win the mixed doubles event and joined Jutatip Kuntatong to take the women’s doubles crown.
Sorrasak Thaosiri and Jirati Chanliang secured Thailand’s men’s doubles gold.
Maneewan Butsuwan added Thailand’s silver medal in karate’s women’s kumite over-68kg division.
China leads September 20 medal table with 11 golds
China topped the September 20 standings with 11 golds, six silvers and three bronzes. Hosts Japan were second with six golds, ahead of South Korea and Kazakhstan, who each had four.
Thailand occupied fifth place with three golds and one silver.
