After the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, Australian Premier John Howard was eager to hop into bed with George W Bush. In doing so he inadvertently painted a bulls-eye on the back of every Australian man, woman and child.
Surely Donald Trump has now made sure that all Western countries and their citizens are going to be targeted more than ever. It is likely, however, that he actually does not care about the rest of the planet.
Are we not all immigrants, in one form or another? Trump’s wife is Slovenian and his grandparents were German. Go figure!
