Anne-Sophie Pic at Le Normandie introduces a 75-minute, three-course business lunch featuring seasonal French fine dining from 4,500++ baht.

Bangkok, August 17, 2026 – Anne-Sophie Pic at Le Normandie has introduced a three-course Business Lunch, offering guests the opportunity to experience the restaurant’s French fine dining in a format designed for a working-day lunch.

Available from Wednesday to Friday, the Business Lunch has been created for diners seeking an elevated midday meal served in less than one hour and 15 minutes, without compromising the attentive service, precision and refinement at the heart of the Anne-Sophie Pic at Le Normandie experience.

Priced at 4,500++ baht, the menu reflects Chef Anne-Sophie Pic’s distinctive philosophy of Suffusion, expressed through seasonal ingredients and intricately layered flavour combinations.

For the starter, guests may choose between grilled white asparagus from the Loire, served with Madras curry and coffee sabayon, or Brittany crab accompanied by smoked local avocado, Sicilian pistachio and hibiscus.

Guests may also select Berlingots, Chef Anne-Sophie Pic’s delicately shaped signature pasta, filled with local cow’s milk cheese, chamomile and saffron, for an additional 1,000++ baht.

Seasonal main courses and a Maison Pic classic

Main-course options include charcoal-grilled sardines served with thinly sliced courgette, passion marigold and kaffir lime mayonnaise.

Another choice is Limousin veal chop accompanied by carefully braised veal cheek.

Guests may also select sea bass served with Kaviari Oscietra caviar and Champagne sauce for an additional 2,500++ baht. The legendary Jacques Pic signature dish was first created at Maison Pic in 1971 and offers diners a taste of the restaurant group’s culinary heritage.

Dessert options include Mara des Bois strawberries with matcha ganache, sesame praline and shiso sorbet, or chocolate mousse served with mint-geranium ice cream and coconut rice pudding.

Guests can further enhance the experience with wine or non-alcoholic beverage pairings selected by the restaurant’s sommelier team.

Holding two Michelin stars, Anne-Sophie Pic at Le Normandie continues to offer one of Bangkok’s most distinctive dining experiences.

The new Business Lunch provides another way to explore the restaurant’s seasonal ingredients and cuisine, accompanied by views of the Chao Phraya River and attentive service in a format suited to the pace of the working day.
