During the event, Mr. Nattapol Rangsitpol, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry and Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi, Deputy Secretary General, Board of Investment graced the occasion and contributed to an insightful discussion on the electric vehicle industry and investment opportunities in Thailand. Mr. Zhang Jingyi, Founder of Front Design racing engineering design company and FELO Founder, shared insights to instill confidence in the cutting-edge technology, developed through over 7 years of research and development, leading to the revolutionization of the high-performance electric motorcycle market in Thailand contributed by both FELO and RAPID. The event also featured Mr. Alessio Finello, a MotoE electric motorcycle racer to share his experiences on the global electric motorcycle racing competitions.

During the event, the unveiling of the latest state-of-the-art electric motorcycle technologies were unveiled under the brands FELO and RAPID, comprising an impressive lineup of 9 distinct models. Each model is meticulously designed to be distinct, catering to diverse user needs and preferences. Under the FELO brand, there are 4 high-performance electric motorcycle models, specially crafted for enthusiasts who appreciate exceptional speed with each mode comes with a unique and standout design. As for the RAPID brand, there are 5 models, all designed to suit various functionalities and accommodate different lifestyles whether it is individuals who enjoy high-speed rides, those using motorcycles for commuting or transporting goods, and those covering long distances without the need of frequent recharging. All 9 models of electric motorcycles under the FELO and RAPID brands have been developed with cutting-edge electric motor drive technology and specially designed battery technology. These technological advancements ensure higher energy efficiency compared to traditional electric scooters, all at a price point that is easily accessible. Furthermore, the models boast low maintenance costs while ensuring environmentally friendly principles.

Mr. Nattapol Rangsitpol, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, stated, "The Ministry of Industry is the driving force behind the development of the manufacturing industry in the country, with a focus on the advancement of Thai automotive industry towards modernization by using free-market approach without intervention, providing equal investment opportunities for both domestic and foreign investors. As a result, Thailand has become a global hub for the production and export of automobiles and its components. The industrial presence is dispersed in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) and surrounding regions. Thailand has the capacity to produce approximately 2 million motorcycles annually, exporting over 300,000 motorcycles to more than 160 countries worldwide. Additionally, the government actively supports infrastructure development and the ecosystem, with goals to expand the nationwide network of public electric charging stations for electric vehicles and establish a Battery Testing Center within the National Automotive and Tire Testing Center which represents the first and only facility of its kind in the ASEAN region.”

Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi, Deputy Secretary General, Board of Investment, stated, "The government has a policy to promote the production and use of electric vehicles (EVs) in Thailand, as articulated in the visionary 30@30 policy. This initiative aims to sets a target for have zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs), specifically electric vehicles, constitute a minimum of 30% of the total automotive production in the country by the year 2030. In order to achieve this goal, the government has implemented comprehensive measures to incentivize electric motorcycle manufacturers to invest in establishing production lines within Thailand by giving them benefits. Currently, five entities have already received investment promotion, collectively producing over 300,000 electric motorcycles. As for the policy to stimulate the consumption of EVs, the National EV Committee has approved the EV3.5 measure to stimulate domestic market by providing financial incentives for the purchase of electric motorcycles manufactured in Thailand, with subsidies ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 Thai Baht per unit."

Mr. Zhang Jingyi, the founder of a race car engineering design company and the creator of FELO, stated, " Our unwavering commitment spanned over 7 years of intensive research and development, focusing on pioneering cutting-edge technologies in battery durability and safety. FELO has successfully transcended the typical  technical limitations commonly found in conventional electric motorcycles by achieved an extraordinary battery lifespan of up to 100,000 kilometers and can sustain continuous driving at speeds of 100 km/hour. This is equivalent to the performance of a 125CC internal combustion engine and surpasses that of a 250CC gasoline-powered motorcycle, all while costing only 10% of the expense incurred by the gasoline-powered vehicle. With its exceptional performance, FELO has garnered significant recognition in the European market. Therefore, we have decided to collaborate with Smartech Motor to establish a research and development center in Thailand to design and develop electric motorcycles that perfectly align with the preferences of Thai and ASEAN consumers."
