Luxury Sukhumvit condo
Intercontinental Residence, a hotel and resort-styled luxury condominium to be built in Soi Sukhumvit 13, was launched in a colourful ceremony at The Emporium this week.
The eight-storey building, housing 145 units, will be built on a land plot of 1 rai and 90 square wah.
The units will have either one or two bedrooms and floor space ranging from 27 to 120 square metres. Prices will start at Bt96,000 per square metre.
Intercontinental Residence will be located in an area surrounded by amenities such as Robinson Department Store, The Emporium, Terminal 21, the Wattana Wittaya Academy, the New International School of Thailand (NIST) and Srinakharinwirot University. It will also be near the Nana and Asoke Skytrain stations.
Colliers Thailand has been signed as the project's sole sales representative.
Coinciding with the launch, the developer, Intercontinental Residence, is offering a promotional discount price of Bt87,000 per square metre, fully furnished, good until October 3.
