LPN buys land in Soi Sukhumvit 109

LPN Development Plc on Tuesday announced the purchase of land in Soi Sukhumvit 109, worth Bt178.36 million.
The transaction was dated on Nov 21, 2011. In a filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the company said that it would develop Lumpini Ville Sukhumvit 109 project on the 2,548-square wa land.
In the project, four residential condominium buildings will be developed with approximately 742 units. Total value of the project, officially launched this month, is estimated at Bt940 million.
