Property firms are launching special promotional campaigns to boost their sales in the second quarter, as demand has picked up steadily since the last month of the first quarter.

Thanasiri Group is offering zero interest for the first year of a mortgage to customers who buy homes at any of its three residential projects on Ratchaphruek Road. The firm targets sales of Bt150 million from this campaign, which runs until the end of June, managing director Sutthirak Sateanraphap-a-yut said.
“We have to launch this special promotion to boost our sales in the second quarter. Demand for residences on Ratchaphruek Road dropped between the third quarter of last year and the first quarter of this year as home buyers were concerned about the floods that hit this location last year,” he said.
However, the property market on Ratchaphruek Road started to recover this month. As a result, the company decided to join with Thanachart Bank to launch this promotion to boost second-quarter sales, he said.
The three residential projects being promoted are Cluster Ville 3 Pinklao-Ratchaphruek, Cluster Ville 4 Ratchaphruek-Sirinthorn and Prime Place The Greenery Bangyai.
Meanwhile, NL Asset Co is offering a one-price campaign for its latest condominium project, The Log 3 Condo at Sukhumvit Soi 101/1, at Bt990,000.
The price will be offered for 182 of the 210 units in the project’s three buildings  until the middle of  this year.
The Log 3 will be located on almost 5 rai (8,000 square metres) about 3 kilometres from Sukhumvit Road.
Joining the fray, SC Asset Corporation has launched a special campaign for its latest condominium in Hua Hin, The Crest Santory Hua Hin, for buyers of units at its residential project this weekend.
Not to be outdone, Sansiri launched a special campaign of its own, “The Joy of Hua Hin”, to promote its three condominium projects in the seaside resort town this month.
