SC Asset Corporation is introducing its latest single detached house and townhouse projects in four locations - Ratchapruk-Charansanitwong, Ring Road-On Nut, Pinklow-Petchakasem, and Taparak-Ring Road.
The company is also offering a special promotion package for home-buyers who make bookings on May 27. They will get a special promotion booking cost of only Bt10,000 and can take part in a lucky draw for a Mitsubishi Mirage.
Sansiri plans three residential projects
Sansiri plans to launch three new residential projects on Ekamai-Ram-Indra, Watcharapol and Prachauthid-Suksawad. It will offer a special promotion such as a Central Gift Card worth up to Bt100,000, and discount price up to Bt400,000.
The special promotion will last till the end of this month.
L&H condos near Skytrain
Land and Houses has launched four new condominium projects located close to the BTS SkyTrain under brands ‘The Key’ and ‘The Room’.
They are: The Key Sathorn-Ratchapruk, The Room Sukhumvit 21, The Room Sukhumvit 40, and The Room at BTS Wong Wien Yai.
The company will open pre-sales on May 19 at Land & Houses Condominium Gallery, Terminal 21.
Condo projects from Property Perfect
Property Perfect is introducing four new condominium projects worth Bt5 billion under ‘The Sky’ brand in four locations – Kaset-Nawamin, Petchakasem, Phahonyothin, and Ratchadaphisek.
