Managing director Fafuen Temboonkiat told a news conference yesterday that Mode had sold 60 per cent of total project value of Bt1.3 billion. The company targets at least 75 per cent by the end of the year. This will boost Gaysorn’s total sales to Bt1 billion.
“We believe that our sales will meet the target when we see strong demand for homes located close to the mass-transit system,” he said.
Mode is on Sukhumvit Soi 61, and offers prices starting at Bt140,000 per square metre. The project is targeted at younger generations who love city life and put importance on privacy under the concept “low-rise, low-density”. It also has a unique design resulting in positive market feedback, he said.
Mode is Gaysorn Property’s second residential project after Domus on Sukhumvit 16 and 18, which has sold out and is ready to transfer to customers this year.
