Land & Houses is introducing its latest single detached house project, Mantana Rama 2-Bhuthabucha, with prices starting at Bt7.99 million.
The project is designed in the modern tropical style concept over 61-100 square wah.
The single detached house designs are functional, using space of 186 square metres, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and 200 square metres, which combine four bedrooms and three bathrooms. They will also have a living room, a kitchen, a car park and a garden around the residence in tropical style.
The project also has facilities to match people’s lifestyle by having a clubhouse in modern tropical style, a fitness centre, swimming pool, and a 24-hour security system.
The project has only 116 units of which 40 per cent have been sold.
The project will have a grand opening at the weekend.
