L&T Asset launches condo project
L&T Asset Co introduces its first condominium project, We Condo, on 11 rai of land on Praditmanuthum Road, at a starting price of Bt1.35 million per unit.
The project involves five eight-storey buildings, a total of 1,168 units. The project will have three types of units: studio type offering 24.86 square metres space and 33.21 square metres, one-bedroom type using space between 32.4 square metres and 37.31 square metres, and two-bedroom types that use space between 43.71 square metres and 48.18 square metres.
Vacation residences in Rayong, Cha-Am
Quality Houses is introducing two new single detached houses worth Bt1.18 billion in Rayong and Cha-Am at a starting price of Bt3.49 million per unit.
