Pruksa Real Estate Plc has introduced its latest single-detached house and twin-house project, Pruksa Town Serenity 2-Petchakasem 81, designed in a "tropical contemporary" style at a starting price of Bt3.69 million per unit.
The project designs will come in four types, each utilising space of between 138 square meters and 189sqm. The focus will be on functionality and space, particularly for families. The project is open for booking.
Hat Yai condo
Supalai Plc has introduced its latest condominium project, City Resort Pasawan in Hat Yai, at a starting price of Bt1.3 million per unit.
The project has a total of 552 units worth a combined Bt1.2 billion. The project is designed according to a green concept that will help homeowners save on electricity bills, the firm said.
Re-design in Hua Hin
Bothhouse Hua Hin Co Ltd has redesigned its latest condominium building in Hua Hin, the Legend, with a starting price of Bt5.3 million per unit.
The new design will be a one-bedroom type, resized from two bedrooms, to support market demand. There will be only 45 units, and they are ready for sale now.
Tuscany theme
In a highly competitive market, Wang Thong Group is introducing its latest town-home and twin-house design under an Italian theme, Tuscany, at Wang Noi in Ayutthaya province. The so-called Palazzetto project is worth Bt520 million.
Its inspiration derives from buildings in the Tuscany region of Italy known for their colourful wall features.
The town-home is designed as a cluster unit with between three and five units to a cluster. The number of units is limited to 106, with a starting price of Bt1.5 million per unit.
