Pruksa unveils Pattanakarn units
Pruksa Real Estate Plc has introduced Pruksa Ville 57 at Pattanakarn. Designed in a Balinese style, units start at Bt1.7 million.
The project has townhouse and twin-house units. The townhouses have utilisation space of between 95 square metres and 120sqm, comprising three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the twin-house units utilise 150sqm, comprising three bedrooms and two bathrooms at prices ranging from Bt4 million to Bt5 million per unit.
Origin Bang Mod-Rama II
Orin Property Co Ltd’s latest project, Origin Bang Mod-Rama II, is worth Bt700 million with a unit starting price of Bt1.29 million.
The project has a total of 367 units in three design types: “Superior”, with space of 28 square metres, “Super Deluxe” (56sqm) and “Deluxe” (33sqm and 46.5sqm).
SC Asset debuts new houses
SC Asset Corporation Plc has introduced its latest single detached house project,
Life Bangkok Boulevard Rangsit, worth Bt1.6 billion at a starting price of Bt3.99 million
per unit. The project has 393 units with a new series of designs including “New Port”, “New Hart” and “New Bradford”. Designs feature a walk-in closet inside the master bedroom.
The Bradford series features a bedroom on the second floor.
Condos aimed at students
Sansiri Plc has introduced dCondo Campus Resort Rangsit, worth Bt1.3 billion and combining 837 units with a starting price of Bt1.39 million per unit.
The 29-square-metre units are aimed at students in Rangsit.
