Construction is expected to be complete in the fourth quarter of next year.
Virapan Pulges, managing director of Ticon, said the expansion would give the company 121,350 square metres of factory space to lease out to customers needing existing production facilities. The buildings will be available starting in the first quarter of next year.
Ticon now owns 737 rai in Amata’s industrial estates. |It has leased out 292,800sqm of ready-built factories in Amata Nakorn and 72,125sqm in Amata City.
Ticon has 1,316,464sqm space for rent under management in strategic locations nationwide and with the completion of these two projects the total space for rent will increase to 1,437,814sqm.
Established in 1990, Ticon provides ready-built factories for lease to enable manufacturers to shorten the start-up period. Its ready-built factories are located in major industrial estates – 16 locations at present.
