MK Real Estate introduces its latest condominium project, August Charoenkrung-Rama III, worth Bt1.8 billion with units starting at Bt1.7 million.
The project is an eight-storey complex of five buildings on 8 rai (1.3 hectares).
Usable space of its 707 units ranges from 30 square metres for one-bedroom condos to 75sqm for three-|bedroom units.
 

 SC Asset offers ‘Good Deals’
 

SC Asset Corporation holds a “Good Deals 2 Days” marketing campaign on September 14 and 15 this weekend to celebrate its 10th anniversary by offering discounts of up to Bt3 million at its 22 residential projects nationwide.
These include condominiums under its The Crest brand, as well as detached houses under its Grand Bangkok Boulevard, Bangkok Boulevard, Life Bangkok Boulevard, and Vista brands.
The company targets sales of Bt400 million from this event, chief operating officer Kree Dejchai said.

 Latest LPN condo in Rangsit
 

LPN Development introduces its latest condominium project, Lumpini Township Rangsit-Klong 1, worth Bt10 billion and with a starting price of Bt639,000 per unit.
The project will open to booking on October 12.
Its location is close to the mass-transit system and shopping centres in the Rangsit area. Construction will be complete in 2015.

Noble high-rise on Ratchada
 

Noble Development introduces its latest condominium project, Noble Revolve Ratchada 2, worth Bt2.8 billion. Units start at Bt2.6 million.
The project is a 42-storey building with 755 units situated on a plot covering 3 rai, 1 ngan and 66 square wahs (5,464 square metres). Usable space is between 21sqm for a studio type and 50sqm for a two-bedroom unit.
The project is open to registration from tomorrow Sept 14 to September 26, and will open to booking on September 29 at the Okura Prestige Bangkok hotel on Wireless Road. —with pic
