Sansiri launches three The Base projects

Sansiri is introducing three condominium projects under The Base brand.
The projects, together worth Bt4.88 billion, will be launched in Nakhon Ratchasima, Khon Kaen and Udon Thani on October 5-6.
The Bt2.5-billion The Base Height-Korat in Nakhon Ratchasima will comprise 1,134 units, while the Bt880-million The Base Srichan-Khon Kaen will have 337 units and The Base Central-Udon will have 408 units worth a total of Bt1.5 billion.
The projects are expected to boost Sansiri’s presales to Bt30 billion this year. The company recorded presales worth Bt27 billion in the first nine months.
Latest town-home estate from Supalai
Supalai is introducing its latest town-home project, the Bt536-million Novo Ville Bangkok-Pathum Thani, with prices starting from Bt1.5 million per unit.
The 299 modern-design units will be open for presales on October 5-6.
Ananda introduces the Ideo Wutthakard
Ananda Development has introduced the modern-design Ideo Wutthakard condominium, worth Bt20.6 billion in total and with prices starting from Bt1.59 million per unit. The project will have 979 units, each with usable space of between 21 and 45 square metres. It will comprise a mix of studios and one- and two-bedroom units.
High-ceiling condos from Property Perfect
Property Perfect has launched its latest condominium, the Metro Sky Prachachun, with prices starting from Bt1.9 million per unit for 24 square metres of usable space.
The project comprises 1,356 units of either the one- or two-bedroom type, with each condo coming with high-ceiling design.
