Located on a 3-rai (0.48 hectare) plot, the project comprises two eight-storey buildings and a combined 322 units: studios, one- and two-bedroom condos, with usable space of between 33 and 66 square metres.
It will open for bookings on October 12-13.

SC Asset Corp has introduced the Bt2.8-billion Centric Sea Pattaya condominium, with units starting from Bt2.19 million.
The project comprises three buildings – of seven, 32 and 44 storeys – and 999 units in total. Units in the high-rise condominium will be one-, two- and three-bedroom types, with usable space of between 27 and 96 square metres.
