Chewathai Co’s latest condominium project, Chewathai Interchange, on Pracharatch road has a starting price of Bt2.8 million per unit for one-bedroom with 26 square metres in space.
The project is a 26-storey building combining 279 units on land of 1 rai 3 ngans. Condominium designs come in three types including the one-bedroom, two-bedrooms with space of 51.6-57.4 square metres, and three-bedroom with using space of 87 square metres.
The project is due to be completed by mid-2015.
Stage Taopoon Interchange from Real Asset
Real Asset Development Co introduces its latest condominium, the Stage Taopoon Interchange, with a starting price of Bt1.89 million per unit.
The project’s designed for a 36-storey building that combines 773 units on land of three rais. The condominium units include one-bedroom of space between 26.31 square metres and 33.25 square metres, and two-bedroom type - 56.10 square metres and 61.41 square metres per unit.
The project target for completed construction is December 2017.
Townhouses from Gusto Village
Gusto Village Co, a subsidiary of Quality Houses, has unveiled its latest two-storey townhouse, Gusto Thepharak, with a starting price of Bt1.95 million per unit.
The project has 269 units on land of 28 rais.
Townhouse designs are of two types: three bedrooms with two bathrooms, and four bedrooms with three bathrooms.
