Major Development announces its latest condominium, M Thonglor Ten, at a starting price of Bt3.9 million per unit for a one-bedroom unit.
The project is designed as a 22-storey building of 173 units – in five styles – with user space of between 29 and 153 square metres.
The project will start construction on January 2015, and expects to be complete on January 2017.
Sansiri unveils its Hasu Haus condo
Sansiri’s latest project, Hasu Haus Condominium, on Sukhumvit 77, has a starting price of Bt2.29 million per unit.
The project is planned as a seven-storey building with two buildings combined as 324 units of three types including one, two, and three bedrooms with user space of between 31 and 92.25 square metres.
The project starts construction next year to be complete in year 2016.
Chewathai plans 427 units for Chaengwattana
Chewathai Co’s latest eight-storey condominium, Hallmark Chaengwattana, has a starting price of Bt1.29 million per unit or average price of Bt60,000 per square metre.
The project has 427 units including studio, one bedroom, and two bedrooms and space between 24 and 48 square metres.
Condominium starts building next year and expects to complete between 2017-2018.
Blue Hills Khao Yai’s condo and villa projects
Blue Hills Khao Yai Co introduces its latest seven-storey condominium building and two-storey villa project, AKAS KhaoYai, worth Bt800 million at a starting price of Bt3.98 million per unit.
The project has only 96 units on 11 rai of land on PhanSuek-Kudkla road – an hour and a half away from Bangkok.
Construction will begin in the first quarter of 2015 with completion the following year.
