Two new condo projects by LPN Development
LPN Development introduces two new condominium projects, Lumpini Ville On Nut-Lad Krabang 2 and Lumpini Condo Town Romklow-Suvarnabhumi. Starting prices are Bt888,000 per unit and Bt688,000 per unit respectively.
Lumpini Ville On Nut-Lad Krabang 2 is an eight-storey building of 1,033 units worth a total of Bt1.08 billion. Lumpini Condo Town RomKlow-Suvarnbhumi is also an eight storey building of 1,650 units worth Bt1.5 billion.
Saint Residences, latest project of Salan Development
Salan Development Co introduces its latest condo project, the Saint Residences, at Lad Prond road with starting price of Bt3.5 million per unit.
The project has a total of 1,537 units of one bedroom and two bedrooms with user space between 30.50 and 56 square metres.
The project starts construction in the second quarter of 2015 and will be completed in 2017.
Baan Lok Golf is Asia Provider’s new townhome
Asia Provider introduces its latest three-storey townhome, Baan Lok Golf, at a starting price of Bt3.3 million per unit.
The project has 50 units with using space of 193 square metres. Units include three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The project is in Pakkerd district, Nonthaburi province. Construction has begun and all 50 units will be completed by the end of 2015.
Rum Issara to start Cha-Am project in new year
Rum Issara Co introduces its latest condominium project, Cha Am-Hua Hin, at starting price Bt1.89 million per unit.
The project has total of 491 units – combined one bedroom and two bedrooms with using space between 30 and 65 square metres per unit.
Condominium construction starts next year to be finished in 2016.
