Thai ‘contemporary’ style from Land & Houses

Land & Houses’ latest detached-housing project, Sivalee Ayutthaya, is designed under the Thai Contemporary style, with unit prices starting at Bt4.69 million.

The project is on a 16-rai (2.56-hectare) plot with 67 units and usable space between 130 and 183 square metres each. It is open for booking.

Condos by BTS Sansiri JV

BTS Sansiri Holding One, a joint venture between Sansiri and BTS Group, has introduced a Bt5.6-billion condominium project called The Line Jatujak-Mochit, with a starting price of Bt3.8 million per unit.

The project has 841 units, including one-, two- and three-bedroom condos, as well as duplexes, with usable space of 26.5-104 square metres per unit.

The project is open to booking and construction for completion in 2019.

Detached houses in Chiang Mai

Property Perfect’s detached-housing project Perfect Place Muang Chiang Mai, featuring a “Modern Lanna” theme, offers a starting price of Bt3.39 million.

The project has three styles, with usable space ranging from 128 to 175 square metres.

The project is near Chiang Mai International Airport and the ring road and is open for booking.

Richland’s planned Sukhumvit project

Richland Property Development will build an eight-storey condominium called Le Crique Sukhumvit 64/2, with prices starting at Bt2.25 million for a one-bedroom unit with usable space of 30.44 square metres.

The project will have 169 units. Two-bedroom condos will also be on offer, with maximum usable space of 61.36sqm.

Construction is to begin in August with a completion date by the end of 2016.
