Pruksa Real Estate is offering discounts of up to Bt120,000 and free furniture for customers who decide to buy at ‘The Reserve’ condominium project between June 15-21, at Siam Paragon.

The project has only 20 per cent of its total 273 units remaining. The project is located at Soi Kasemson 3 close to the BTS-National Stadium station.

The condominium units include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom types at a starting price of Bt4.5 million per unit. The project will be complete by September this year.

SC Asset Corporation launches SC Morning Call

This campaign is aimed at customers who decide to buy its 28 residential projects between June 6-7 at its sales galleries in Bangkok, Hua Hin, Cha Am and Pattaya.

The campaign offers free furniture, home appliances, cash back, worth more than Bt5 million.

Twenty-eight projects involved in this campaign include single detached houses, townhouses, and condominiums. The campaign will boost its sales in the second quarter of this year.

Sammakorn’s single detached house project

On Sammakorn Chaiyapruk-Ring Road, its price ranks between Bt3.5 million and Bt4.8 million per unit. The project has 181 units designed with using space of 172 square metres combining three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The project is already open to booking.

Noble Development’s latest condo project

Noble BE33, at Sukhumvit Soi 33 has a starting price of Bt210,000 per square metre.

The project totals 277 units worth Bt3.3 billion. The condominium units combine one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom, and a penthouse with using space between 34 and 139 square metres per unit.

The project will start construction in mid-2016 and expects to be complete in 2019.
