This latest Sena condominium project, Niche Pride Thonglor-Phetchaburi, has a starting price of Bt2.6 million for a one-bedroom type with using space of 30.40 square metres.

The project design is for a 33-storey building that combines 667 units – including one- and two bedrooms, with using space between 30.40 and 59 square metres per unit.

The project will start construction in September this year, and complete on September 2017.

Quality Houses announces “the Future is Here”

This special promotion campaign offers discount prices of up to Bt2 million for homebuyers who choose from its 21 residential projects on Ratchapruk Road.

The project includes a single detached house, townhouse and condominium. The campaign runs from now until June 30.

Metropolis Property unveils a new condo project

The Metropolis Samrong Interchange has a starting price of Bt1.9 million and a total of 1,770 units. They include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedrooms with usable space of between 28 and 53 square metres per unit. The project has already successfully presold 65 per cent of its total launch project.

The project will start building in the second half of this year and be competed in 2017.

CP Land’s newest “dream” at Kanchanaburi

CP Land introduces the latest eight-story condominium project, Park Condo Dream at a starting price of Bt1.39 million per unit.

The project is located in Muang district, Kanchanaburi province. It offers 215 units of one-bedroom type with using space between 26.6 and 35.74 square metres per unit.

The project will be completed sometime in 2016.
