Tree Elegance Tiwanond is Pruksa Real Estate’s latest condominium project, with a starting price of Bt1.49 million per unit.
The 42-storey building combines 1,336 units on land of four rais and 207.9 square wah. They include studio, one bedroom, and two bedrooms with useable space of between 22 and 48.5 square metres.
The project will open for booking on July 23-29, and construction will begin this month and be completed by the end of 2018.

Bangkok three-storey townhomes
 

The first phase of Villa Albero Rama9-Srinakarin has 48 townhome units and seven modern shop houses, with prices starting at Bt4.9 million per unit.
The townhome designs have a useable space of 177 square metres and combine three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The project has already sold up to 90 per cent of the total on offer.
 

 Nest Property introduces Nest Sukhumvit
 

This latest eight-storey condominium has units starting at Bt2.67 million.
The project has a total of 316 units on land of two rais and 265.4 square wahs. The condominium has three types – studio, one-bedroom and two-bedrooms with useable space of between 23.20 and 56.80 square metres.
The project starts construction in the second half of this year, scheduled for completion in 2017.
 

Ananda Development launches 988 units
 

Ideo Sukhumvit 115, a 35-storey condominium project, has units going at a starting price of Bt1.79 million.
The project is on land of four rais, and 148.1 square wah. Units come in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedrooms with useable space of between 27.5 and 62 square metres. The project opens for booking this weekend and will ready to move in by 2018.
