From now until July 26, Property Perfect and Grand Asset Hotel and Property Plc are staging a major promotion campaign for the Sky Line Collection of 14 condominium projects at Siam Paragon.

The campaign offers special prices starting at Bt1.3 million per unit. Offerings include a discount price, free furniture, free transfer fee and other inducements.

The campaign aims to boost sales in the third quarter of this year.

Tararom Estate offers its newest home-office

Trio Romklow has a starting price of Bt4.79 million per unit.

Project designs are three storey town homes with usable space of between 197 and 219 square metres per unit. They are offering units with two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Project is open to booking.

Pruksa Real Estate’s condominium project

Plum Condo Central Station Phase 1 has a starting price of Bt1.39 million per unit.

The project totals 1,208 one bedroom and two bedroom units with usable space of between 24 and 51 square metres per unit.

The project will start building on September this year and be completed in March, 2018.

Supalai’s latest houses save energy

Supalai Ville Chonburi is offered as an energy saving residence. Total worth is Bt975 million, with a per unit starting price of Bt2 million.

Single detached house designs present a using space of between 150 and 213 square metres per unit, combining three or four bedrooms and three bathrooms per unit – depending on user space.

The project opens to booking this weekend.
